1. Acceptable Use

By using lorentssolas.gr you agree to use the site for lawful purposes only. You must not misuse or interfere with the site, transmit harmful data, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of our systems.

2. Ordering & Sale

Orders for Kalis Radiance Support are placed by submitting your name and telephone number in the order form. Submission of the form does not constitute a binding contract. A contract is formed only when our team calls to verbally confirm your order and you accept the confirmation.

All prices are shown in Pounds Sterling (GBP) and include VAT where applicable. The current price is £24.99 per pack of 90 capsules. We reserve the right to update prices; the price confirmed during the telephone confirmation call is binding.

Payment is made on delivery only - by cash or debit/credit card to the courier. No payment is taken online. Visa and Mastercard are accepted.

3. Cancellation

You may cancel your order at any time before dispatch at no charge - simply inform us during the confirmation call or contact us by phone or email afterwards. If the order has already been dispatched, you may refuse delivery at the door; the order will be cancelled and no charge applied.

4. Returns & Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-calendar-day right of withdrawal from the date of delivery for distance purchases. You may return any unopened, factory-sealed pack within this period for a full refund. Once the packaging seal has been broken, return is not possible for hygiene reasons. Kalis Radiance Support is a food supplement. It is not a medicine. The information on this website is provided for general informational purposes only and does not constitute medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Nutrient claims on this site are authorised under EU Regulation 1924/2006 and refer to the individual nutrients, not to the product as a whole.

We aim to resolve all complaints quickly and fairly. If you have a complaint, please contact us in the first instance. If we cannot resolve the dispute, you may refer it to an approved alternative dispute resolution body or seek recourse through the courts.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the law of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
